Biometrics

Technology has allowed our society to integrate biometrics (body measurements and calculations) of  into access control systems.  A common example of of the daily use of biometrics is smart phone access. Most Smart phones of today require either a finger print or as of recent a facial scan to access the user interface of the smart phone. This same technology is now be integrated into locks, time keeping systems, and other applications where identity needs to be verified and validated.
