Senior Project Manager Electronic System Security (8-10 Years Experience Required)

Job Description

The preferred candidate will have a total of 6 or more years’ experience in the Physical Security industry, with minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager.  Candidate shall have strong communications skills, both written and verbal, be comfortable presenting information to teammates, customer technical personnel, Leads and Managers.

This Project Management candidate must be able to demonstrate: progressive experience a as technician, technical lead and supervisor, with the ability to manage complex and highly technical projects while using Industry Standards, Best Practices and Methodologies.

This candidate will have the ability to flex and pivot as changes occur and prioritize projects and tasks as they arise.

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Track progress on assigned projects, including progress on milestones, dates, and issues.
  • Attends project meetings and is responsible for project task tracking.
  • Facilitate compliance with standard process, procedures and controls.
  • Demonstrates expertise in planning, executing and delivering projects/engagements.
  • Create a dynamic action list to track issues as they develop, who should resolve, and the results.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Communicates to PM team members.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at meetings.
  • Provide input in efforts to develop policies, procedures, documentation, and associated training plans for Technical, Operational and Sales teams.
  • Create, organize, update, and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation and related templates.
  • Manage weekly Status Reporting for all Requests and Projects within the Program.
  • Contributes to Monthly Service Level Agreement requirements within the Service Delivery Program.
  • Ability to work in all IT Service Management disciplines – focusing on Incident, Change, Problem and SLA Management.
  • Ability to coordinate activities within project teams with numerous key stakeholders.
  • Ability to pivot, hourly – if necessary – based upon priority changes.
  • Reviews and manages all Project Change Requests (PCRs).
  • Manages the Service Evolution Process for new services proposed for service delivery

Principal Electronic Security System (ESS) Technician (5-7 Years Experience)

Aspiryon is seeking a Principal Electronics Security System (ESS) Technician

Overview:

The candidate(s) will install, operate, maintain, secure, and repair multiple physical security systems across multiple facilities. Systems include Access Control System (ACS) for badging and granting access to secure areas, an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) that monitors authorized and unauthorized access to facilities, and a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system that monitors and records audio/video of all aspects of the physical environment.

Candidate will support a variety security control and access equipment. Must be able to perform fault diagnosis, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, scheduled preventative maintenance services including installation as well as calibration and alignment. Maintenance support includes electronics and mechanical support such as turnstiles and electronic control unit (ECU) repair.

Responsibilities:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as an electrician or electrical related experience
  • Experience in low voltage power distribution design
  • Competent in electrical and building codes
  • Design and install voice, data and low voltage cabling that adheres to industry standards: Fiber, CAT 5e,6, 6a, 7, 8, Power over Ethernet (PoE), TA 568 A/B, etc.
  • Design and install structured cabling hardware: conduit, raceway, j-hooks, patch panels, cabinets, racks and other associated equipment that meets industry standards and adhere to local code
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot Physical Access Control Systems to include panels, scramble pads, card readers, biometric readers and other associated equipment
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems that includes: the mounting and placement of cameras, commercial grade local and network video recording systems
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked intercom systems
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked alarm systems
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked power backup systems
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot data routing and switching equipment

Duties:

  • Ensure that security controls applied to the system adhere to local operating procedures that are based upon regulatory, policy and industry requirements
  • Maintain systems and equipment
  • Work closely with enterprise technical teams for successful integration and use of security services
  • Attend training courses, meetings and other sessions as required

Network Engineer (Tier Two)

Description

Engineer for application migration / DataCenter exit project with 5-7 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, minimum of 3 years of experience in a network operations role. Experience in Cloud technologies and knowledge of VMWare and virtual technologies. Vendor certifications on one or more core technologies (F5, Illumio, PaloAlto, Arista, Cisco) are preferred but may be compensated by experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meet SLA/ SLO requirements for response, restore and notification time.
  • Deploy and update device rule sets to security and network standards to include tools such as firewalls, Web
  • Application Firewalls, F5, ForcePoint, PaloAlto Panorama, Algosec, and Illumio.
  • Help with troubleshooting issues during migration and testing .
  • Ability to find firewall or Illumio agent blocks and remedy
  • Maintain complete detail of issues in ticketing system.
  • Handle escalations for issues that may occur after migration window.
  • Handle and respond to system generated incidents.
  • Lead backout efforts if migration is unsuccessful during the window.
  • Participate in validation with application teams
  • Must be flexible to work different shifts on occasion.
