Responsibilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a cabling technician or related experience
  • Experience in Copper and Fiber cabling and terminations
  • BICSI Certified Copper, Fiber or Technician
  • Implement, test, maintain and support cabling that adheres to industry standards: Fiber, CAT 5e,6, 6a, 7, Power over Ethernet (PoE), TA 568 A/B, etc.
  • Implement, test, maintain and support structured cabling hardware: conduit, raceway, j-hooks, patch panels, cabinets, racks and other associated equipment that meets industry standards and adhere to local code

Job Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Support the implementation of cabling infrastructure for local systems based upon regulatory, policy and industry standards and project requirements
  • Work closely with technical teams for successful integration of cabling infrastructure
  • Attend training courses, meetings and other sessions as required

IT and Physical Security Project Manager

Job Description

The preferred candidate will have a total of 4 or more years’ experience in the Information Technology and/or Physical Security industry, with minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager.  Candidate shall have strong communications skills, both written and verbal, be comfortable presenting information to teammates, customer technical personnel, Leads and Managers.

This Project Management candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage complex and highly technical projects while using an Industry standards best practices and methodologies.

This candidate will have the ability to flex and pivot as changes occur and prioritize projects and tasks as they arise.

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Track progress on assigned projects, including progress on milestones, dates, and issues.
  • Attends project meetings and is responsible for project task tracking.
  • Facilitate compliance with standard process, procedures and controls.
  • Demonstrates expertise in planning, executing and delivering projects/engagements.
  • Create a dynamic action list to track issues as they develop, who should resolve, and the results.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Communicates to internal PM team members.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
  • Provide input in efforts to develop policies, procedures, documentation, and associated training plans for Technical, Operational and Sales teams.
  • Create, organize, update, and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation and related templates.
  • Manage weekly Status Reporting for all Requests and Projects within the Program.
  • Contributes to Monthly Service Level Agreement requirements within the Service Delivery Program.

Principal Electronics Security System (ESS) Technician (5-7 Years Experience)

Aspiryon is seeking a Principal Electronics Security System (ESS) Technician

Overview:

The candidate(s) will install, operate, maintain, secure, and repair multiple physical security systems across multiple facilities. Systems include Access Control System (ACS) for badging and granting access to secure areas, an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) that monitors authorized and unauthorized access to facilities, and a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system that monitors and records audio/video of all aspects of the physical environment.

Candidate will support a variety security control and access equipment. Must be able to perform fault diagnosis, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, scheduled preventative maintenance services including installation as well as calibration and alignment. Maintenance support includes electronics and mechanical support such as turnstiles and electronic control unit (ECU) repair.

Responsibilities:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as an electrician or electrical related experience
  • Experience in low voltage power distribution design
  • Competent in electrical and building codes
  • Design and install voice, data and low voltage cabling that adheres to industry standards: Fiber, CAT 5e,6, 6a, 7, 8, Power over Ethernet (PoE), TA 568 A/B, etc.

  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems that includes: the mounting and placement of cameras, commercial grade local and network video recording systems
  • Design, install, configure, program and troubleshoot networked intercom systems

SUMMARY:

Participate as a Member of a Security Operations Monitoring Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor, review and analyze SIEM (security information and event monitoring system) for information, determine potential threats to the environment and act upon threats according to specific processes and procedures.

Monitor, review and analyze a centralized Anti-Virus (AV) and host-based intrusion detection/prevention system (HID/PS) determine potential threats to the environment and act upon threats according to specific process and procedures.

Conduct security event investigations as required.

Report potential and validate threats to the environment within specified time frames.

Provide hands on assistance to assigned incident handlers and forensic specialists as required to remediate threats.
